is PTF? Parent Teacher Fellowship is a group of committed parents and teachers/staff working together to support our children and provide them with valuable tools for life, ministry, and mission. Raffle Baskets – During the October Fall Festival, baskets are prepared by each classroom for a fun raffle. Volunteers coordinate and oversee preparation of baskets and ticket sales. Leaders will interface with Room Moms. (Preschool - 8th Grade) Moms in Touch – Moms meet weekly on Monday mornings to pray for our children and school throughout the year. (Preschool – 8th Grade) Christmas Reception – Volunteers help decorate, prepare and serve refreshments for the school Christmas Program. (Preschool – 8th Grade)Book Fair – Volunteers set up and assist in book sales during the week of our Book Fair. Librarian leads this event. Spelling Bee - This includes several stages of competition, which includes students from VCS. Volunteers help facilitate these events. (2nd -8th Grade) Teacher/ Staff Appreciation - This is our way of showing our appreciation to our teachers and staff. Every month different classes will host a breakfast. Open House – This school event gives us an opportunity to see our kids’ progress in their classrooms. Volunteers needed to decorate the hallways. (Preschool – 8th Grade) VCS Play Day – A day dedicated to play and non-stop fun for our kids. Volunteers needed to help facilitate the games and activities. (Preschool – 5th Grade) Yearbook – Designated volunteers work throughout the year to create the school yearbook. Year book photo moms are also needed for each class. Separate books are created for preschool, elementary, and middle school. Promotion Night – Graduation Ceremony for
our students. Volunteers are needed to help decorate, prepare and
serve refreshments and clean up. (K - 7th) |

does PTF meet? PTF volunteers are working on various projects for fundraisers and sponsored events that occur all throughout the year. Please contact the PTF at VineyardPTF@Yahoo.com Where is PTF located? There is a PTF office located close by the school office and related administrators, but active volunteers are in every classroom! Why do we have PTF? The PTF supports our VCS staff, our children, and our school. How can I get involved? It’s easy! Just ask! We have many opportunities for parents to get involved. We are always looking for volunteers to help with PTF sponsored events. Contact any PTF Action Team Member, teacher, or the school office and we will get you plugged in!
