FAQ: Why is
Answer: Each year we review
areas that will make VCS the best school for our students and parents. This
year we reviewed the Extended Care program.
FAQ: Why are we changing from an hourly
rate to an annual rate?
Answer: As part of reviewing
the Extended Care program we looked at other Christian schools in the area.
Most Christian schools in the area use the annual rate. By using the annual
rate the cost of the before and after school program is spread evenly through
out the school year.
FAQ: Do I need to enroll my child in
the Before/After School Program to receive the monthly rate?
Answer: Yes. If your child is
not enrolled in the monthly program you will be charged the Occasional Usage
rate.
FAQ: Do I need to select the days of
the week my child will be using the program?
Answer: No. You can use any
day or days during the week as long as you do not exceed the number of days
your child is enrolled.
FAQ: What if I am not enrolled in the
program and late picking up my child after school?
Answer: You will be charged
the Occasional Usage rate.
FAQ: I enrolled my child in the program
for 2 days a week but now I need 3 days a week what we I be billed?
Answer: Your monthly bill will
be $91.00 plus the Occasional Usage rate for the additional days.
FAQ: I enrolled my child in the program
for 4 days a week but use only 3 days a week what will I be billed?
Answer: Your monthly bill will
be $135.00. You will not received a credit for any
unused days.
FAQ: Can I change the number of days my
child is enrolled in the program?
Answer: Yes. You will need to
complete the Change Form.
FAQ: When can I change the number of
days my child is enrolled in the program?
Answer: The Change Form must
be in the school office by the last day of the month to take effect in the next
month.
FAQ: Can I pay for the full year and
get a discount?
Answer: No. We will bill
monthly.
FAQ: How will I be billed?
Answer: You will receive a
bill after the end of each month.
